"I didn't stop building. I found a new set of tools."
My Story
15 Years at the Bench
For a decade and a half, I built with my hands—crafting bespoke furniture, architectural projects, and art installations. It was physical, exacting work where every piece had to hold and there was no such thing as 'close enough'.
Permanent 'Tools Down'
When carpal tunnel syndrome forced a career change in 2024, I went looking for new ways to solve problems. I discovered platforms like Make, n8n, and Airtable, and was immediately hooked. The physical toll was gone, but the fundamental mechanics of building remained.
Building in the Digital Medium
Today, I architect custom digital infrastructure. I apply the exact same attention to detail to a complex automation build as I used to apply to hand-cutting a perfect dovetail joint. The medium has changed, but the craftsmanship hasn't.
